Axtell Community Fund

We are an affiliated fund of the Nebraska Community Foundation. We leverage the Foundation's resources, experiences, and success in sustaining and transforming rural communities. The Nebraska Community Foundation consists of 219 affiliated funds, like the Axtell Community Fund, and these funds serve 250 communities in 80 Nebraska Counties.
