Current Campaign
The Axtell Community Fund is not currently participating in a
formal campaign.
The Axtell Community Fund gratefully accepted 2 anonymous gifts in December, 2023 and January, 2024, totaling $160,000. These gifts have grown our endowment, and will significantly enhance our grant giving in 2024 and beyond.
The Axtell Community Fund recently secured a generous challenge grant from the Windmill Housing and Development Corporation of Axtell. For every dollar raised, the Windmill Housing and Development Corp. will match 1:1 up to $60,000 for a limited time.
We have reached our goal! Clark Abrahamson with the Windmill Economic Development Corporation presented the second $20,000 check to the Axtell Community Fund's unrestricted endowment. We've raised $40,000 to date.
The challenge grant ends this in December of 2022, with another $20,000 needed to reach the final level of $60,000.
